The Star (Woman)
The Woman kneels on the rocky bank with one foot submerged below the surface; ‘As Above, So Below’. Her subconscious hand fills the stream with new water to continue the natural flow of life, while her conscious hand pours in an effort to nourish the dry land where she kneels. She is grounded in common sense and practicality but dips a foot into her intuition to hear her inner voice. Like a single star first seen at night it seems to speak to her alone. It tells her that when one thing evolves, all else evolves around it, and so she has created a paradise. A pink ibis is drawn to the pool, an ancient symbol of magical wisdom. The Woman watches the bird’s flight and reads its dancing patterns like a language. She listens to her heart because she knows that as long as she does, it will speak to her forever.
